Inner sanctuary cd under player?

Hi.

I have added this line to playerbuffbottomlistplugin:

RuleCalculator.Rules.Add(new BuffRule(317076) { IconIndex = 0, MinimumIconCount = 1, ShowTimeLeft = true }); // Monk Inner Sanctuary  

But for some reason it is not working. Does sanctuary not work as "buffrule"?

I had almost the code needed, here is code for PowersFollowYou plugin.
The code works for me and powers I use but can not guarantee that it can handle all powers (skills).
