I was wondering if you could change the color of this ground effect that support monks provide.

Instead of going yellow ish round circle, maybe go green? so it looks like a safezone if you know what i mean.

no Monk Mantra has a ground effect.

My guess is he's referring to Inner Sanctuary spell.
