64Bit Exceptions only occuring in public games

64 Bit Version, 17.7.23.0, yeah i know it's not the current version but I can't get the current version to work.

Well, the last version resolve this particular issue..

Disable/delete OtherPlayersPlugin as a band-aid with the version you use.
