TurbuHud doesnt start

I tried to redownload TurboHud again but it doesnt work
Playing on 32 bit, win 10, windowed fullscreen, everyething is up to date.
Hope you can help me somehow.

I deleted whole turbohud again Downloaded it again and restarted my pc. For some reason it's working now thanks for your help anyways.
