2. type services.msc

That is not a viable solution, as security updates should be applied to keep a system safe. The latest update in Win10 breaks the functionality in THD, and @KillerJohn is aware of this. He will be rectifying the situation as soon as he can.

Win10 problem solved, the new problem, when win7 is not enabled aero will be completely black

I don't understand. HUD never worked without AERO as far as I know...

The fix worked for me but after some time my dioablo freeze. Without TurboHud, D3 is stable.

I had to disable the color-keying of the form of HUD and extend the aero glass area instead which is a sacrifice. It will work with latest Win10 which has broken color-keying, but it won't work without Aero, ever...
