    Local Pluggin Data Storage

Is there a way to store local pluggin data ? I understand that for security reasons it's not possible to read/write directly into a file, but maybe we could pass through a safe API to store local plugin dictionary data or serialized structures.

I would use ITextLogController for that (writing).
I have used IController.Debug for the same purpose several years.

Then I have a separate process that reads and parses the file realtime(*) and saves results as it is needed.
If you need to read data, then you have to create a plugin programmatically and embed your data there.
OFC you have to restart THUD to be able to use that data inside THUD.
    Not most convenient but manageable.

(*) writing is currently slightly delayed for security reasons.
