I don't get this hardheadedness of Blizzard. The game's HUD should be fully customizable. Many features available in TH should be available in the vanilla game from the get go. Just make a simple default HUD but let users change it as they see fit.

It would be presumptuous to ask this question now when we are still ~2 years away from a complete game. The simple answer is "Don't know." Once it gets closer to release candidate worthy in 2 years, then the answer will become clearer. However, keeping in line with Blizzard's current policy... At this point, the answer is no. We do have it for D3 and in order to keep it going. please do the following:

KEEP ALL GAME SESSIONS USING TH PRIVATE!!

This is numero uno on my list. The reason for doing this should be fairly obvious. Numero dos is:

DO NOT STREAM ONLINE USING TH OR PUBLICLY ADVOCATE FOR TH!!

Again fairly obvious reason here. You risk being permanently banned from D3 and potentially D4 (if advocating for its use in D4), as well as any streaming platform you use (Twitch, YT, etc.)
