Looking for Elite Health Percent Label Plugin

One of my clanmates sent me this plugin a long time ago that labels each elite what percent of health they have. This is really useful for RGK, because when you shoot you can clearly see which elite has the highest/lowest health.

I lost the files a while ago, and I can't seem to find it in the plugins sections. Does anyone have this plugin? It would be great if someone can send me or post here

Yes, I've seen that plugin, but it's not the one I was looking for. The one I had didn't have healthbar, just a large percentage number on them.
