Rats auto aim?

Hello guys, i just want to ask if there is anything from thud plugin to razer synapse macro for auto targeting elites in rat runs, i heard from many that they are using some kind of auto targeting.
I would be thankful if someone could tell me how and explain how it works, Thanks!

why people still play d3 if they want to use a bot/macro for every sh!t in that game? no wonder why blizz wont announce something else as fu mobile game, I would not want to develop for such a community anymore too.

TH is not automating anything. It's giving information not supplied by D3 itself.

You can make a autohotkey script to "auto aim" all it will do is press the aim at nearest monster button every 250ms, but what would be the point as you still need to use skills.
If you want to bot just go get a bot.
