Zei Icon with %damage to target

Hello people,

Really enjoy the work your doing... Big thanks to everyone

I think its a fairly simple idea but rather than a circle on boss fights, I would like an Icon (probably near toon/target) that shows either the %zei damage increase to target or % (50 yards =100%), I would like it up at all times (not just boss). I have done some programming myself so might try my hand at it when i get time, but if someone else can do it quickly i would appreciate it.
