Addition: If you already have some other stuff in the Customize function, put it back in that function inside the file linked by prrovoss - obviously otherwise those stuff will be lost ;-)

OK, by trial and elimination I found that it is a conflict with gigi's buff rules factory plugin and Party buff plugin. I did a clean install and just put the plain version of the pluginenablerordisablerplugin.cs into the user folder. It worked fine. Then I started adding a folder at a time of my plugins until it messed up. So not I found the culprit and have to decide what I want more. Thank you all for the help.
