No it is not. Blizzard can, according to TOS, but probably will never happen, it's such a helpful tool that it should be ingame by default, they could hire KillerJohn and pay him some money to incorporate THUD in the game and make it more fluid and grinding friendly.

anything attaching itsself to the diablo process is pretty much bannable, how ever to what extent? I will say it like this, if you plan to top the leader board, I feel you are at higher risk of being flagged for a ban. If you hang back and dont put yourself on the leader board, use thud and bot all you want and have fun. this is over the past 3-4 years of using such programs and never being banned.

I myself cannot play the game with out thud anymore. There is so much useful information missing when your not using it...

but as they all say, if your worried don't do it.

been top25 three times with thud only and have never been banned. i have even survived the big banwaves where about 30% of the leaderboard got wiped out... but technically blizz could ban you for anything. even for playing d3.

I don't really care much about leaderbords really I only want to be able to do high solo rifts despite having low paragons its just frustrating because I don't enjoy Diablo 3 due to not being able to do anything at all most of the time I am being carried in greater rifts which is boring cause I feel like a burden.

Been using turbohud every single time I play the game for 4 years now. Not banned. If they wanted to ban people for using turbohud they would have done it a long, long time ago. I cheat in just about every game that has cheats and never has any kind of hack lasted for 4 years without getting a banwave. They do not care.
