Add Sand Dervish and Dune Dervish to Dangerous Mobs

With the Impale DH being in meta and the way Impale gets reflected by Sand Dervish and Dune Dervish mobs as well as Sand Dwellers, how can I add these mobs to the dangerous mobs so that THUD will label them.

I tried to put them in the Dangerous Mob list where it says Add Names, but I get no label on Dune Dervish, Sand Dervish


Update, ok I was able to get a label for the Dervish.

How can I get a blue or elite Dervish to have a Pink dot on the mini map instead of the usual Yellow or Blue dot?
