Good server??

Anyone have a good server with like alot of ppl and isnt really buggy i played scape and there just not fun at all everything you suggest they shutdown and the GMs make excuses for less work on themselves. IM looking for a server thats not like instant level 70 but isnt like rates x1 im tryin to find one with like x4-6 rates and a balanced economy with alot of world PvP and Gms that are open to suggestion. If any of you have a server like this please let me know. I also have about 30-50 ppl i can bring along with me also so youll get some extra player =) if this is the wrong section then sorry.

i know i did but that doesnt tell me if theyre good or not im asking from person experience. Plus i tried about 5-6 on the first page anyway. IF anyong has a server such as this please let me now. Also if anyone has a server theyre just opening like is still in beta and they know what theyre doing ill be glad to beta test as long as your not n00bish and dont really know what your doing
