Cm Wizard Build 2.0.4 - CDR & PermaCC

Hey guys, my name is Santrisi, a pretty much unknown streamer , and I thought of this build for Wizard that i've been calling CM Wiz 2.0, since i really want them to be able to handle torment 6 SOLO.

For the build you will need Wand of Woh, % Fire skills damage, and some cooldown reduction. The build concept is around spamming Explosive Blast with the Chain Reaction rune. With the Wand of Woh you will have 12 explosions instead of 3.

The other spells are for CC ( Crowd-Control) to help you clear the mobs faster. You will need a lot of cooldown reduction so I recommend you craft a 2 piece of [Born's Command] set and 2 piece of [Captain Crimson's Trimmings] set + [Ring of Royal Grandeur] for getting the set bonuses. Try to get cooldown on your other items as well. Stone of Jordan is essential for the build, for the bonus elite damage + bonus fire damage.

one item is not "heavy gear dependant".

Hevy gear dependant is the Wiz Light build requiring Mykens, Wyrdward, Dovu energy tap and the x2 Electtrocute wiz hat.

It's a cool spec, but i dont see why you would want to do it with fire :P

Arcane seems so much better for this spec, especially if you have a moonlight ward for the dps in melee range :P

I Currently run with these, and clear t5-6 in a moderate speed (8-11 min pr rift)
61% CDR + 4set talrasha, 3 set borns, 3 set captains :P Fun build

I dont know why this is posted here ? Every Single D3 Forum has the same Information neither its an Exploit or something Special.

And yes, Wand of Woh, is really Gear Dependant. Cause you cannot run this Specc until you have that Item.
Same to Mirrorball, Serpent Sparker,Shard of Hate, Odyn Son etc. Speccs.

A non Gear Dependant Guide on the other Hand is pretty much useless since ROS, cause all non Item Dependant Speccs are mostly useless against the Others.

I believe it was just a "guide" to try this build out if you find the WoH.
Stop being a jackass and complain just because you cant try this build out.

Guides doesnt exsist anymore in d3, as every spec is gear dependant.

And to you Zudabear, 150 wands? either that is nothing, as you counted yellows and blues, or its 150 legendary wands, and it is really a lie :P RNG is RNG, deal with it, play the game, its fun if you dont keep thinking about all the loot you dident find yet. It'll come

wand of woh... the drop rate for that is incredible small, theres a steamer that has found over 2000 legs with multiboxing 4 wizards, and he still hasnt found that wand.

So yeah the build is too gear intensive.

Never give up. I was about to log while I was botting T VI battlefields of eternity. Watched my Bot go to the last chest open it and wand drops out. I shat my pants since it was on Hardcore and I got one on SC doing manglemaw for 100hours or more.
