Since the patch crafts are "smart roll" like pretty much all rare/legendary items that drop is.

This you can heavily abuse currently by +6 properties crafting items (I do helmets) These cost 9180g per craft + the mats which can be farmed or simply bought of the AH (~15000g per craft if you buy the mats) These helmets has a chance of rolling 2 base stats (Let's say int+vit) up to 329, ontop of that they can roll socket, 6 crit and a bonus is XX% extra damage to X spell.

With such low cost per craft the chance you'll get something wroth selling is extremely high.

No not really, you can't lose on this.

Try it out and you'll see rolling a decent item is something you do very often, 1 decent item will pay for 100 helmets at least.

I had crafted a bunch of these last week, but I definitely didn't realize they werent account bound, haha

anyways, it seems (for helms anyway) that if it doesnt roll crit and a socket, it's not worth too much.

Yeah I thought these were account bound. I guess that is just the new recipes. Essentially is it just primary stats, crit, socket helms that sell?

Recipe was at ~9m already yesterday when it was sub 100k before. Some streamer with 3k+ viewers advertised this 1-2 days ago and it takes not many to destroy a niche market
