Max out legendarys (Low XP, but no gear req)

Yea this was nerf'd as in the amount of chest/vessels that spawn. There use to be more white chests and vessels now there is less, but they added more piles of bones. Oh also they half'd the amount of goblins that spawned while running this route. For Max potential running this on normal is the way to go if you are not worried about XP.

id like to retract my previous statement, i still get plenty on normal where i get none in torment 1 even though the speed is roughly the same

oddly enough my friend gets none in normal and tons in torment 1

is the quality of Legendaries the same on normal and tomrent? I thought on torment the legendaries are better?

I believe the quality of legendaries that drop on each difficulty are the same, as i believe all level 60 items are now the same ilvl (read somewhere on the forums)

yes but only with lvl 70. it even says there

"New legendary items become available at lvl 70"

so in this current state it does not matter if you are doing normal or torment 6 ... well it does but only xp wise not drop wise

At level 60 there is no difference in drops when it comes to difficulty.
I believe there is a blue post on it.
I got Inna's Pants, and Inna's belt on normal. I would think gear like that would only drop in higher torments, but it doesn't.
