Max out legendarys (Low XP, but no gear req)

what mode do you guys run on?
not sure if torment level affects chests or that got nerfedO_o

I ran at torment 1 first. Thought I did fairly quick but then I tried normal. If you're doing it for the legendarys , play on normal. It's crazy.

I do it on EU and it's clearly not nerf, just got up and did it for 10min, got 3 legendarys so far.

Okay let's get something clear, the only way they can really nerf this is by reducing the spawn rate/amount of vessel/chests this zone can spawn, as long as that stays the same, IT'S NOT NERF.

Currently the game will provide you with legendarys from chests, elite packs, white mobs and bosses. Since the patch (loot 2.0) I got around 120-150 legendarys, out of these between 0-5 was from white mobs, 30-40 from bosses/elite packs, rest have all dropped from chests, corpses etc etc etc (on-click objects)

If they happen to lower the chance from on-click object, white mobs/elites must go up, specially white mobs.
(I don't just talk about this specific zone, but the game in general, played about 150hours since patch)

Yea i don't understand this system.. often i get legendarys on a first kill but after it i get nothing for hours

Perhaps i have to start diablo3 new after every run :confused:

I'm on my cell atm so I didn't have time to read through everything. I noticed that the OP mentioned that torment doesn't provide more legendaries. I was wondering about this for quite a while until I stumbled upon this.
It seems that torment scaling does in fact effect legendary drop rate.

Chest are dropping mostly blue items, guess it has been hotfixed or greatly reduced the % for Legendaries there.

If they change chests to drop less legendarys, they'll have to up the legendarys drop white mobs/elite packs, this will 100% be posted if they do so, so no nothing changed.

yeah I highly doubt they would nerf the drop rate of legendary's from chests..A lot of blues do drop, but you should still see a legendary every ~5-10 runs or so (from my experience)
