RL money, RMAH and gold websites

Right now you can't sell gold for as low as it is worth on the RMAH. So let's use this to make some real life money!

1. Buy gold from any gold selling websites you trust.
2. Sell this gold on the RMAH.
3. Profit.

If you buy one million gold for one dollar you can sell this for a lot higher on the RMAH. On the UK RMAH I can sell one million gold for 2,5 pounds which is a lot more than the one dollar I bought this gold with. I assume people will buy gold from RMAH, as most people feel this is the safe option for getting some extra gold.

On the US RMAH, after cuts, 1 mil gold nets you $1.80, if you sell it at the $2.50 mark. If you can get gold for $1\mil, that is a viable strategy. But, I don't see anywhere that is that low. Most places I still see are $1.6 to $1.8 \mil, and $0.20 \ mil profit is not worth it.

But, if you know where to buy gold for $1 \ mil, please share

Just what people been saying, that a million gold sells for a dollar. I have no doubt the price will get that low soon enough.

Just like to point out that Gold goes for $2.50/mil only because $0.25/100k is the lowest price you can set.

There are actually very little to no transactions.

I had my gold up there for about 12 hrs on the RMAH and not a nibble

I've had 30 of each gem, 100 tomes of secrets, and some gold listed since you could post them (so the gold for the past day, the commodities for 2 1/2 days now?)

not one thing has sold. all are being sold at bare minimum.

the regions on the AH's are too big. you cant sell anyhting because theres arseloads of supply and not enough demand. too much compitition drowns the market out.

then again blizzard probably doesnt care, they still make money hand over fist.

What's funny is, it won't even let you buy gold at $2.50 / mil. When I was checking a little while ago, it said it was $2.90 to $3.10 a mil.

I think the price it shows is an average. If you buy when it says 2.90 or whatever, you should get a refund of .40 for the price difference.

Don't know where you guys are finding third party sites selling for $1.60 - $1.80, best I finding now is $2.23..

My problem (EU) is that I got several gold auctions in RMAH, set price to the lowest value, but since 12 hours, noone buys the gold..

Mee too, the price of gold is 0.38right now, trying to sell 0.25. I put gold more than 24 hours ago, and does not sells.

I've had the same idea and so started a auction for 10,000,000 gold and tried to sell it at the lowest possible price (0,25€ here in Europe per 100,000). The auctions ends in one hour and I do not think, that someone will buy it. Depending on chat spam the gold sellers offer 10,000,000 for 13-16€ which is 50% cheaper then in the RMAH. Why should anyone buy at these prices?

Even if there are 5% of people who don't care about that, then there is way too much money in the game to safely sell your gold.
