This guide will show you how to Emulate Android OS on your pc so that you can run the blizz free authenticator.

STEP 1. go to Run Android on Windows with BlueStacks :: Android on PC :: Android Player for Windows | BlueStacks
STEP 2. Download Android Apps for PC :: Android on PC | BlueStacks
STEP 3. Install on your PC.
STEP 4. Download the Blizzard authenticator app
STEP 5. log in to battle.net
STEP 6. add authenticator to your account

This is a mobile authenticator. Not a key thob, and I know I'm going to do some grave digging here but this program from Jadd still works like a charm.

It's the same thing as the OP posted but with less techincal aspects and it still works surprisingly well despite being a year old at the most.

Also this is a mobile authenticator and not a key thob. When connecting an Authenticator your account click on MOBILE and not the key thob.
