Just to let you guys know, I'm almost positive its 58-60, not 59......also 58-60 rare rings/amulets/follower tokens are guaranteed to give exquisite ess and a tear

There are no Level Req 58 Rings/Amulets or follower items, except 3 or so legendary items, and those legendarys salvage for hell mats.

It actually isn't that hard to figure it out, since amulets and rings only go up to ilvl62... Guess not everyone thinks of this stuff, and therefore, this post may be useful to some people.
