It was previously stated by Blizzard that the boost that would affect legendarys and set items would ONLY affect items that dropped after the changes.

Ok I dont understand how people are so confused by this, but i'll try and explain it.

Blizzard has stated TWO upcoming changes in future patches

1. They are going to be boosting rolls on NEW legendary items. This means legendary items obtained AFTER the patch will be better.

HOWEVER, blizzard also stated

2. Several Legendary items are not benefiting from the increased Attack Speed affix. All of these items will properly gain Attack Speed in a future patch.

This means all the items that are currently broken will be fixed whether they are obtained after the patch or before.

WHAT PEOPLE AREN'T GETTING IS THAT BLIZZARD IS NOT BOOSTING THESE ITEMS, THEY ARE FIXING THEM.

the OP is saying buy these boots now while people are selling them for so cheap, because once they get fixed (AND THEY WILL GET FIXED) they will go up in price.

It costs 25k + 19 hoof / 4 tome.

I dont see these going for vast sums of money even after the patch.

Buffing the items in a later patch is certainly not the same as FIXING items with broken stats.

I would be surprised if these items stayed as is with broken stats, thanks for the tip!

You make a good point there, however
1) A lot of people don't even know you can craft them
2) A lot of people have lots of money, and they'll just buy them out without a second though
3) The plan to make them is pretty rare and expensive

Hello! Currently the ATS on many items is bugged. Most of these items have intact versions of them so the price is not THAT low. But today I found some setboots with bugged attack speed only. That's why they sell for so low.

They have 100-110 dex + 15% ATS + waynestats.

The Set-Item is called "Asheara's Lock" and is ****ing cheap. So buy them now and wait until they're bugfree and use them!

You could also buy a bunch of them and resell them as soon as they're fixed if you don't find a use for them

Items aren't being changed that you find pre-patch to the new ones BTW. These ashearas will always be the same, the ones after the item/balance/pvp/rmah patch that drop will be different.
