Modded Gear on xbox one?

Can anyone hook me up with an insane modded gear set on xbox one? For DH/ Barb or Monk.

I only atm have 1 modded item weapon russian something that i gain 950 million xp per kill with dh. I saw some dude rip through a tier 100 rift in 2 minutes. I am assuming he was a wizard or wd. It was just insane.

whats the point of playing a game were u clear the hardest content in a couple minutes and achieve nothing from it
