Few questions regarding gold/item trading to new D3 accounts

Hi all. I have a few questions about gold and item trading in Diablo 3. If anyone could share their expertise on this subject it would be greatly appreciated.

If I create a new Diablo 3 account and move a large amount of gold (over a billion) to this account, does it raise any flags with Blizzard? Is it something that would definitely get me banned right away? What if it was ten billion, or more?

What about items? If I made a new account and move a lot of high value items to sell in the auction house, are any flags raised?

If any of the above are risky things to do, what would reduce the risk? Having lots of play time on the account or dropping the items on the ground to trade instead of using the trade window?
