Question, is it safe to buy unid legendary now?

Hello guys, I have a question, now, is it safe to buy unid legendary? (in this case, I m talking about unid echoing fury)
because I read that a couple of months ago was possible telling is an unid item will be good or not, so, is it possible that they are selling a lot of echoing fury from the past months, knowing that they will be bad?
or is it safe to buy unid right now for who's looking for the thrill of rolling uber weapons?

Last time I checked the only way (well, the only public way) to see what an item would be was to log onto the PTR and unidentify it. That has been fixed though, so you should be fine. I bought a unid Inna's belt the other day and it rolled 8% holy damage and 80 AR, sold for 400M. So I think your good.

thank you very much for the answer, but how people manage to get 20+ echoing fury and sell them? If a seller has multiple legendaries of more items, you could think is legit, but when someone is selling 20+ of the same unid legendary, I smell something is wrong, or am I too suspiciuos? what's the market there? buying underprice and selling for market price?
