Earlier today when i were browsing AH i saw a picture flashing by only lasted about 1 ms
Is this a watermark ? or what is this ?
and this is not my GPU bugging

That's your graphics card being a dink. Update your drivers or buy a new one.

It's not, trust me. If you look at some of the graphics that are bugging it; It clearly says "Inferno Difficulty". It's your graphics card taking patches of the screen and not rendering correctly.
