Does Blizz Track Paypal ?

Sorta of a noob question, but do you think Blizzard track paypal accounts?

Say I was banned on one account which had my paypal account linked to it. If i were to use the same paypal on another D3 account, would it be flagged (monitored)?

my senses tells me yes, but what are your thoughts?

I have used the same paypal for the last 6 years and used it on every wow account I owned, around 25 accounts. I still have 5 accounts that have not been banned over the years. I use the same paypal account on my main account and have had no problems. But you still see people buying game cards, so who knows.
