Can I play US rmah with a EU cd key?

Hey I just got a cd key from a shop here. It says EU cd key. Can I register it to US (or for example UK) adress and cell number, could I then use US rmah? Im unsure because it said eu cd key and some ppl are talking bout global?

No...CD keys lock your RMAH to the region of the key.

Are you sure about this, also with UK? I heard that what decides your rmah entry, is your home residence as defined on battle net account?

I guarantee you that a EU CD-Key will not be able to us the US RMAH without having Blizzard transfer it.

yeah I thought this as well, but I dont wanna bother with borrowing a us number if it dopnt work. BUt I was almost sure about this.

You are technically correct, but you cannot register a EU CD-Key on a US Battle.net account now that I read it.

hmmz. iirc, i did register my EU cd key to a US region bnet AC. but i am facing similar issue as tis An error occurred while linking your PayPal a - Forums - Diablo III for the past 1-2weeks.

Chance of you getting a US cell from EU is slim to none, you will actually a physical number rather than a VOIP number, and blizzard detects that when you're trying to use a voip number.

it's possible. i've had rmah accounts for us and eu ah with the same eu (global) keys.

make sure your paypal is verified (bank account + credit card) with the same name/address you got on your bnet account

I dont think paypal verification has anything to do with it. I have a paypal attached that is not verified nor same name on 1 acc.
