I don't think Warden changed, I heard that in the EULA they changed it so Blizzard now has permission to monitor your ram, not sure if true or not.

They can change there EULA as many times as they want , doesnt change the fact if warden monitors more then diablo memory its classified as spyware and illigal

I compared the new one to the old. The section pertaining to RAM monitoring was there before, nothing in that department has changed.

You should really read what you are agreeing to before you accept it. You agreed to Blizzard monitoring your RAM since the first day you played Diablo III (and probably before that if you play other Blizzard games).

Doesn't matter if you agree to it or not. They cannot prove you read it or that you own the PC you're playing on.

You're absolutely right! It doesn't matter at all! Because your "RAM is monitored' whether you agree to it or not when you use the Battle.net service -- which you agree to when you use the Battle.net service!
