banned but trolling

So they've closed 4 of my tickets, maybe I should go to an attorney or maybe we should start a class action lawsuit fund where everyone chips in $1 and we sue blizzard for 1,000,000.

Simple: I told blizzard i've contacted an attorney and need their legal contact information for my lawyer to send certified mail before filing affidavits. I also told them I have full video logs of me playing for the 5 days my account was active. All they can say is what you see below.

I am opening tickets to see how far they go because this is hilarious, they can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that I was cheating considering nothing was modifying the programs memory and just because i click something 1000 times perfect doesn't mean im a bot. The simple fact it's doable and they assume I'm a bot isn't enough evidence.

Yah they are a big company, yah they can screw you over, yah they can do what they want without proving
Untill they get ****ing sued.

I might not be the one to do it, but I sure as hell know it will happen and soon hopefully. Pretty simple, provide proof or unban, of course they want me to have an attorney call 1800-blizzardsuxdix and charge me 2hours for waiting for a 8$/hr customer support rep to give them this information.

Maybe I should call an attorney as a joke and ask if i have a case, clicking the EULA does not mean they can violate their own rules with actions of justification that lack proof

Blizzard can ban you however they want, for whatever reason they want and for as long as they want. You technically dont own the account, your are 'borrowing' it from them.

Bad luck to you, no point in crying over it, its just a game.

Also sending them unban letters that are abusive wont help you at all, if you legit didnt hack or bot, then you should be un banned if you go about it to correct way.

the point is instead of going further in detail, in which by law they have to, but by eula they dont, i am asking for their legal information and they are being negligent in giving it to me.

Of course they can ban me, they can ban anyone, sadly noone cares enough to use the law.

For every action you need proof. its like kicking your tenant out for not paying rent, you need PROOF he didnt pay because if he has a CHECK that he payed you he has proof and your actions will screw you over

CUSTOMER SUPPORT reps who close tickets and are instructed to do something are usually the ones who catch the lawsuits for companies. its like calling att getting their name/# and guy hanging up on you, eventually hell be fired or theyll be sued

Also i would go about calling them, support tickets usually go no where, they dont even read them, i get replies that dont even match my question most of the time.
