where to buy level 54 amulets

does anyone know where to buy level 54 amulets from merchants? there's gotta be a merchant that sells lvl 54 amulets coz im seeing lvl54 amulets w/ the same name and stats.. the max level of amulets from act 3 merchant is lvl 48..

all the vendors sell the same stuff on inferno, it's just random what they have to sell for that game
