Increase in personal gold sales on the RMAH?

Has anyone else noticed this? My gold sales on the RMAH are selling much faster the past few days.

Is this due to the decrease in supply from all the banwaves? I wonder if this trend continues that gold prices on the RMAH might actually increase. I currently bot only one account pretty much 24/7 when I'm not playing some other game (D3 itself is dead to me). I have somehow been spared in every single banwave thus far and I hope this continues as the extra money from the RMAH has allowed me to make some substantial upgrades to my PC.

I've been spared on every banwave as well.. I've bought an entire new beast of a PC as well as had a shitload of fun money to go with my normal job. I however only sell gems on the RMAH... all my gold transactions are done through this website. Also, I bot 8 accounts.

Sometimes I think about setting up multiple accounts on a multiple instances of VMware but I'm pretty content on what I can pull off with this one account and I don't want to push my luck. More than likely once I do get the banhammer (I'm sure it's coming) I think I will find it much easier to uninstall D3 than it would be if I invested more time and money into it. I no longer actually play the game as I cleared inferno quite some time ago (sold all my gear from my DH, full nats set 100k dps without SS), so this is purely for some extra disposable income with very little thought/work invested.

I only made it to act 3 inferno before I started botting :P Best decision I ever made lol. Besides, the money I put into getting all of that set up... I made back over a month ago. It's all been profit since.

EU or US? I'm having no luck selling gold at 0.25/100k on EU.

so let me ask this question. if you get banned do you get to keep your battlenet balance off RMAH or is this wiped as well?

you get to keep your balance, since its battle.net balance, and they ban your diablo 3 only

Yes RMAH sells have been selling in a day or so. I can usually sell about 100mil a day on the AH now with no issues.

EU may be more difficult to sell, I'm guessing because the population is more dead lol, not so much because of gold selling sites. EU gold has always been lower probably because the botter to player ratio is much higher (especially if you are speculating which market would be busiest from the beginning), and now many botters are banned, there is just nobody left but mules with billions of gold dumping and nobody left to buy it all lol

I feel like EU overall had much harsher reaction to D3 than US as well, for whatever reasons. It may just be that EU have higher standards and more alternative recreation. US kids are fine to stay at home and play D3 even if it's not all that great.

I have no clue how you guys get away with botting 24/7, even after maintenance? I botted for 6 hours after this last maintenance and got my first ban ever on my first and only main account.
I'm also having a hell of a time trying to get it unbanned, I paid a member here to try to help me, but no luck so far.
Lucky fools -_- so far I'm in the negative, I made a whole $20 before ban.

i am no longer botting, just selling what i have left after i spent some on my chars to play whenever (that's what i say, but i haven't played at all for weeks ), i figured item prices would skyrocket once the gold started selling on AH so i bought all i needed before.

next window for gear wont be for a while, until top geared farmers (buying gold from AH to get their gear) sell 2nd tier gear for good prices, and that will only be if they decide to keep farming instead of quitting. and then there is also waiting for botters get resettled after the last banwave. even then the price for the 2nd tier gear would probably be the same or more than the price of 1st tier gear before the gold was introduced in the RMAH.

if you are playing legit, you just have to farm with MF and hope you find something that can sell well in the current market so you can get things you really need. otherwise it's wallet vs wallet through gold buying.

i was wondering also, since it sold out every time, but oh well i am content just letting it go for .25. rather sell it now while its easy.

Strategy: may have to do with when i put the auctions, since they are 1 day 12 hrs, i set it up so the auction closes at around 5-7PM EST (8-10PM PST). that way when it comes my turn to have the highest chance of my gold being available on the AH (the last 4 hours of the auction), it will also be the most popular time people are buying. (greater chance it's your turn for longer amount of time, and greater chance it will be bought by someone looking). these two factors work together and it has been quite successful. the gold has always sold out so far. I put amounts from 1 mill to 15 mill, variety

got banned, unbanned, banned again and unbanned again, now they have a history of the system messing up so botting should not be aproblem for me...i can just blame blizzard
