Is there a way to stop Blizzard from scanning/accesing our RAM for bots?

Guys, i just bought Diablo 3 and i am planning to use a bot for levelling and perhaps for farming, and ive been reading in a lot of places of banned accounts, and i am beginning to wonder whether ive wasted my money in purchasing Diablo 3.

So is there a computer expert out there who could suggest how to stop Blizzard from accesing/scanning our Ram for bots?

Is there a way to stop Blizzard from scanning/accesing our RAM for bots?

    NO!
you give them permission when you accept TOS
if you dont let them scan, they dont let you play....

NOW what can be done is clear your debug logs and error logs before it is sent to blizzard..

hellbuddy for example wipes it for you automatically

blizzard does not scan your RAM for anything outside of the game itself. It is a privacy violation and would open the company up to a billion dollar class action lawsuit. Would you want over 1 mil of your players sueing you ? Whether you agree to it or not does not matter no EULA can violate state/federal law in the US or any country in EU.

So you can't start a class action lawsuit.. you have to do arbitration.. its in TONS of things now, I know some cell phone companies have it too.

Well you can disable Warden, but it's not all that easy + It's not only Warden. There are systems build in they're servers to flag you for some actions like 24/7, huge gold picked up ( not sure about this one ) and more.

What if somebody would set ownership of these files so Diablo could not operate with it?

Just rightclick D3Debug.txt and tick the box Read-only (empty the file first) and nothing will be written to it.

That's kind of what i was saying? I'm asking if it would have any consequences.

funny thing about this is.... legally you do not have to do arbitration depending on the case, even if it states it in their TOS and EULA.

i dont get it tho its in folders by date, so if i right click one now, then tomorrow i might have to keep doing this? how will i know when they create more

will this also not raise a red flag for game not being able to write a d3debug??
