says that on forum but i received message saying my account was closed.... why the f would i be able to use the forum after 3 days if i actually was banned?

Did you actually try to log in to the game, or battle.net account-page for that matter? If it says CLOSED/BANNED, you're out of luck, as far as the forumthing, I have no clue why it would say 3 days, perhaps a bug inherited from good ol' wow, since the bans of this type were 72h.

yeah it says my account was closed and 2nd time says banned D:

i also made a support ticket telling them they need to prove i was cheating in which they cant and in which i am calling my bank to dispute the charges

u cant give me automated responses to JUSTIFY i broke the eula, u have to prove it, because when theres no proof its pointless

Support tickets take a while. Also, they do NOT and will NOT provide proof of you cheating.

excellent, cause in real life when you can't PROVE someone violated a contract/agreement/terms of service their actions are deemed unjustifiable biased and irrational.
