Bought gold , never got it? What to do?

I bought gold from website and they never gave my gold....
So what can i do? I paid with paypal and Item title: Virtual goods.
They are not paypal verified
What can i do to get my money back, guys?

I'm pretty sure you can request a refund through paypal.

If you paid and had the title as Virtual Goods, good luck getting your money back. PayPal usually won't intervene if it's a digital/virtual/intangible item.

Well, i know paypal doesnt support buyers who buy virtual items, but there has to be a way to get money back =(

I believe you can file a chargeback if you paid with a creditcard

File a complaint. Other than that your screwed. You should have used a credit card and made sure they were verified . Use this as a learning experience.

Is there a way to search if a user is Verified? Other than asking them, that is.

yea if those seller did not give you the gold. make sure you get the money back from paypal fast.
