Immortal Bot OH SHIT!

I reformatted my PC. I tried to log in to my Immortal Bot (pre-28th account) on my same exact PC that I bot on. I'm getting an error of "can not log in, this account belongs to another PC"...............


Does anyone know how to make my PC resemble its prior self to enable Immortal?
Does anyone have contact with Neo or their support team? (I just sent each of them an email, waiting to hear back, but I don't think they're responding to many emails these days)


I'll literally pay $50 to whoever helps me get this account to work.

are you sure you made no changes at all to hardware?
Motherboard settings maybe?
I did this week or so before (replaced HD for SSD and installed different version of the Win7) and was working ok (until i got banned but that's another story).

i formated last week and it doesn't change your hardware id ( this is linked to your motherboard..) it would only happen if you changed your motherboard.

I unplugged my SSD & downloaded new BIOS, I didn't change my mobo, but I did change from IDE to AHCI... I didn't change my motherboard, and it happened.

hmmmmmmm I only updated my BIOS after freshly installing windows.......... is there a way to revert them back?

reformat doesnt change PC ID...only change motherboard will result in diff pc id

To everyone saying changing your motherboard changes your PC ID...damn I didn't even think of this.

I changed my Mobo yesterday and updated it's BIOS, still botting with Immortal 1.47.....that's really weird. I live on a college campus and I had to re-register my computer with the network because they identified it as a different computer.

Now I'm confused.
