Sorry to say but, you're scammed mate, and unless you know the seller, or unless you paid with paypal recently, I highly doubt you can get your money back from him.

In order for blizzard to unlock your account, you would have to pay for new cdkey, and then they would unlock your account and return it to state as it was when they suspended you. Otherwise Blizzard won't help you, since basically he stole money from them & you.
