Blizzard banned 14 out of 14 bots I had running with VS at the core.
A few hours after the ban I created a ticket for each of the banned accounts stating that I was hacked.
Within an hour I receive responses for 2 accounts concluding they will not lift the ban -- these 2 accounts were my most recent (newest) bots.
Hours later I get another response for an older account that happens to have a phone number tied to it, they made me reset my password and unbanned my Diablo account, but now have it under a "suspended" state until I send in photo ID and copy of signed forms. This is the latest response from Customer Support:
Greetings,
Thank you for contacting us. An additional review of the action taken against the Diablo III account on [email protected] has been completed. We have confirmed our initial findings, and the account action will not be reversed or changed.
Actions are based on the violation's severity and take previous violations into consideration. This action was taken in accordance with the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation) and our Diablo III Policies (Diablo III Policies - Battle.net Support), which all players acknowledge and agree to before logging into the game.
We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to enjoy their time in Diablo III. Thank you for respecting our position.

Battle.net Supporthttp://i45.tinypic.com/qrbv5d.gifBefore the account can be reactivated, we need the Account Recovery Form (see below) for security purposes. A clear image of the account holder's government-issued identification must be included with the form to complete account recovery. School IDs will not be accepted.
Print and fill out the Account Recovery Form here: Battle.net Account Verification Form - Battle.net Support, and then return it to us via a support ticket: https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit.
I'm still awaiting responses for my other accounts.
