Please, post what you're using. program, profiles, randomization, any helpful information that would help us figure out how some are being detected while others aren't.

Is there already a thread like this, on this forum or another? I've been trying to find any useful information.

Not banned... Because I haven't used anything since patch. if I had run IB which I normally use I probably would have lost everything by now.

They are not banning by bot necessarily since users of all bots have reported bans.
They are not banning by total gold I have an account which has almost collected 300m

I'm thinking along the lines of behavioral characteristics then manually observing/confirming and banning

Right now the only thing I can think of is that they are manually monitoring these farming spots

It wouldn't be hard to check every person who is doing sarkoth runs (and other popular spots), the only players who would be doing them would most likely be bots.
It could also be a reason why sarkoth hasnt been nerfed yet, maybe they wanted to use it to catch all the botters.

I mean how many botters have been banned so far? couple hundred? If they had 10-20 people working around the clock they could ban quite a lot of people

i'm really starting to think they purposely didnt nerf sarkoth in order to lure in all the botters so they can manually confirm / ban them.

So what spots are good to farm now that aren't well known ? =\

I just didnt bot since the IB update and the patch... None of my accounts were banned and they all were botting 24/7 since release almost. Had to have been something within the last couple of days...

thing is.. arent all these bots detectable by warden?

I don't know how warden works, but can it detect if you have a certain program installed on your computer (such as a script or filename)?

Would explain why people's main accounts are getting banned

Nothing extra, IB bot with usual settings, 2 account on the same computer, 24/7 core farm, no proxi.
I just woke up, came here to look around, noticed the posts about ban veawe, muled out the bots and shat them down.
Sometimes i logged on from a different IP, like once or twice a week, maybe that helped, but i dont think so.
Gues its just luck.


BTW this huge rush is becouse the RMAH gold sale is working

Im a small fish in that I only have 1 bot acct. I use AutoIT with Chancity's script. I run the bot prob 15-20 hours a day for the past couple of weeks. Not banned yet, although the windows update shut me down before the patch (may have been a lifesaver!!!)

Haven't been banned. Have been using Sarkoth Autoit for about 15h a day for the last two weeks.

Got three accounts. 2 with bots 1 main, still active. I stopped botting an hour before the maintenance and didn't use IB. All accounts are still active (Hopefully it will be forever active).

That's not true. That would break so many user safety rules it isn't even funny.

i stoped bots 1 day before patch, and only botting a little hours later, when i see bans, i stoped all bots, no bans here at this moment using IB and HB. Maybe only is lucky.
