US Server and Russian Accounts

So has anyone with a Russian Account gotten it to work with the new patch? Because I can login using a russian client but I cannot join games, and I do not understand why.

Also when I try to spoof it using WPE Pro, it just closes D3 right after the 'Retrieving Hero List' part of the login.

Redownloading the Russian Client atm, so it might be a bit. But I appreciate your input.
