Using US RMAH from EU

Hi,
My question is - what do I need in order to register an acc with home region US so I can use the US RMAH, as I am in Europe. Guess I will create it with VPN and US IP, but also - do I need a legit US address in there and except that - do I need a US phone number to activate RMAH. And - does it matter if the paypal account is already linked with a EU acc. If anyone is doing this - playing on the US RMAH from Europe - please share your experience.

That's useful info. Anyone else can explain how/if he has tried/trades at the moment in US from Europe?
