What steps should I take before selling an account?

I'd like to sell my b.net account which contains a level 60 DH and a level 60 Monk. The problem is that I'm not sure where to start. What things should I change/remove in my account info before I sell it?

create a new email account with random info and write it down somewhere. Then switch over the b.net account with all that info and email address. And when you sell it, you just give them the email account and info and they will all the access they need.
