Why am I the only one has AH not available?

The AH has not be available for me in the last 12 hours, while my friend who in the same NA sever has no problem accessing to AH at all.I have filed a ticket but hasn't got any response for 6 hours. Anyone able to give me some clues? thanks

Its just random, mine works sometimes, then its not working.. Its so bugged & There is so meny errors within this game...

It's random. Restart your client and it gets fixed. I've had this issue on some clients while multiboxing but not others.
