[Price Check] Amazing Chest armor?

I got a chest armor with 70 int, 194 vit and 67 ress all elemts and 42 cold ress. And it has 3 sockets which I have filled with 3x 42 int gems. That means 196 int, 194 vit and 67 ress all elements.

What is the price for this item?

While the int may be a bit lack luster for those stacking res all as a wd or wiz I would imagine you could net a pretty penny. Haven't looked into it too much but off the top of my head I could see it selling for at least 10-15m
