Selling items in RMAH?

How do you determine what items to sell in RMAH and what to trash, since the limit is so low (10), i have had no luck selling items in RMAH. I have items mostly lvl 55+ they seem like decent gear. I'm not sure what combination of stats other then my class are looking for either.

So how do you do it? What items do you list, what items do you trash?

Wouldn't bother listing on RMAH unless it's decent 60+ gear, ideally ilevel 62/63.

Such as Gloves with 2 main stats (e.g Dex/vit or str/vit or int/vit) with crit damage and crit chance.

Amulets and rings with crit damage, crit chance and 1 of the main stats are also worth quite a bit
