ACT3 & ACT4 rare ilvl63 drop rate BUG? or NERFED?

Hi guys,

I just wan't to know is it more viable to farm ACT1 & ACT2 now rather than farming on higher acts? I've seen someone posted in the official blizz forums that drop rates for ilvl63 in lower acts are more accurate than act3&4?

I tried 2 siegebreaker runs last night and i'm only getting 3 ilvl63 and none of them have good stats.

Is anyone farming here act1&act2? how was your loots?

i'm getting crap in a3/4, maybe 3-4 i63's, over the course of 4 runs. i'm gonna give act 1 a shot and see how it is..

After 3 butcher runs i have none ilvl63 items. Hope it's just bad luck.
