barb stats?

Im currently at 65k health and 15k dps with my inferno barb...and I am getting destroyed by everything that comes my way. Any ballpark estimates of what my health/dps should be closer to?

Ok...For:
ACT I you need at least like 500-700 resistance to all (buffed)
ACT II you need at least like 700-800 resistance to all (buffed)
ACTs III and IV you need at least 800-1000 resistance to all (buffed)

That is to survive without getting killed many times.To pass all of the ACTS u need like 35-50 K health, 10 K DPS (max) and 1200 Resistance to ALL.

yup, get a high block shield with good defense, and block damage. Don't forget to look out for items with +armour, the more armour the more dmg reduction!

Spent 560k on a new setup I wanted to try out tonight (completely replacing all my gear pieces). Currently farming Act IV elites with 5 stacks, then getting a friend to help kill Diablo. I can solo Diablo, but the stacks would run out.

I'm not entirely sure how true this is! I have around 1100 all resist buffed, 9k armor, 42k hp, and I still tend to get owned vs any elite in Act 3/4. my DPS is very low though. Maybe that's a reason...

i bought my barb a full set of gear according to ZraveX's (who is notable on the offical forums in the barb area) "million gold challange, whitch is a challange to spend no more than 1m total on all gear. he did it and did his normal farm runs of acts 1-3. this was pre nerf.

you can totally spend less on gear and get decent gear. you just have to know wtf you are looking for.

1: get a Sacred shield. they have higher block value. get one with +block on it. thats the primary stat you want from your shield. other stats above that are nice too.
2: 55-65 resist all on every piece of gear pretty much.
3: vit on most pieces. Str on some, +100 dex in your gear somewhere for the dodge. after 100 dex the DR kicks in and the value of dodge per dex drops.
4: LoH weapon ~600dps. higher obviously better.
