Got starter edition why lvl 13??

I can't go past lvl 13 on my account that I got. It says starter edition same as all my other ones say and they are 60 any suggestions. Tried changing my pass did not work.

New accounts have to wait 3 days before reaching higher level than 13 i think

There is no way you got to 60 on a starter edition account. They are limited to lvl 13. Are you sure the other ones doesn't say standard edition?

Whoops says standard lol my bad guys guess I'll have to wait till it goes to standard anyway to see when the account went active?

You pay blizzard 60 dollars for a game so that you can't do naughty things with it and then chargeback.
