Help WD Inferno gear + build

Hello, I am having huge problems with my witch doctor on inferno. I have ~ 20 k DPS with 2 handed weapon and my stats are:
Str: 477
Dex: 257
Int: 1209
Vit: 665
Armor: 3223
Health: 26k

I am still on the first act and after few hits I am dead. Now I want to find a new armor set for MF, for a price about 100-200 k / piece, because I dont have almost any money. Can someone help me with some suggestions what to search for and what build should I use.

I use this spirit build on my WD. You need a lot less surviveability with it, because you get can have lot of crowd control paired with the spirit vessel skill. And you get good damage from it.

You have grasp+horrify+spirit walk to control your position versus the mobs. That takes care of all damage you might recieve from melee, except if they got teleport
If you get hit by ranged you have a second chance because of spirit walk. Just don't get hit again the next 90 secs. Movement speed is a great help in achieving this.

Initiate combat by placing a grasp, then haunting a few mobs to keep mana up while your spirit barage the hell out of them.

Also, spirit barage can go over walls in dungeons like the keep depths.

You don't really need a lot of hp with this build, so anytime you get the chance to trade hp for a reasonable amount of damage I suggest you do it.
