How about starting with a screenshot of the ban message on your account...and more than just the same error 80 screenshot that's been shown a bazillion times

I see you've done a number of AH buyout stuff so any AH buyout bots?
When you say botting, to you mean a Bot like Demonbuddy and what not. or just an AutoIT script. i doubt AutoIT is detectable
Nope, no AH buyout bot, all manual, and i used AutoIT to script a few things, nothing seriouse (not related to my AH buyouts tho).
Only used AutoIT as a bot, dont have other botting software.

were you running 2 accounts? was the other one banned?
My guessing this has to so with some AH exploiting or something. I highly doubt they are banning for autoit in general.
If so everyone who was doing gear swaps would likely be getting suspended too...I can't imagine what the outcry over that would be.

Offense: Unapproved Third Party Software
A third party program is any file or program that is used in addition to the game to gain an unfair advantage. These programs may increase movement speed or teleport heroes from one place to another beyond what is allowed by game design. It also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files.
Cheat Programs ("Hacks")
We take action against accounts using hacks when a hero on the account is identified using a hack program. Hacks provide benefits normally not achievable in the game. Such benefits may include: increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls.
Automation Programs ("Bots")
We take action against accounts using automation programs or bots when one or more heroes on the account are identified using a bot to achieve automation.
This Diablo III account has been closed by our staff based on a review of the account and all related policy violations, in accordance with the Terms of Use and our In-Game Policies (Diablo III Policies - Battle.net Support). Note that any open bids or auctions at the time of the account’s closure have been cancelled. Your open bids will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for processing depending on the availability of your financial institution. Any bids or auctions completed prior to the account’s closure will neither be refunded nor reversed.
Moving forward, this Diablo III account and any Heroes or items associated with the account are no longer accessible. The only way to continue playing Diablo III is to purchase a new license, or to attempt to recover access by appealing account closure. Over 15 reports from hellbuddy chat and now the forums are down too
Yep, got banned an hour ago as well. Might be good as I have exams coming up this week haha
are all you guys EU or any of you US?
3 accounts using HellBuddy got banned. Started 3 days ago on the 8th. US server.
Many people report getting banned on hellbuddy forums.
I felt obligated to let everyone know i've shut down all bots 30 mins ago, and accounts are still alive when trying to log in. Not sure if this will help, just felt like it needs to be shared.

This might be Americas server only banwave, at this time, and the eu happening later in a couple of hours. I too am eu and my accounts are all alive, but cannot ignore all this people in the hellbudy forums.
